The Meeting and Conference Rooms are open to meet your business requirements from: 

A minimum hire rate of 2 hours per room per booking applies Monday to Friday, with a minimum hire charge of £400 per booking on Saturday. Prices for hire outside of these hours will be provided on application.

All rates exclude VAT.

The Rooms

The East London Centre is situated on the lower ground floor of Boardman House where we have the Compass, Helmsman and Pilot that are our three dedicated conference and meeting rooms. This suite of rooms has been designed to offer great flexibility and can be configured to accommodate an audience of up to 90 people. This is made possible by opening and closing the movable dividing walls that separate the rooms. If you use two or more rooms at the same time, presentations can be linked to run simultaneously.

Smart Technology

All our conference rooms are kitted out with a 'smart whiteboard', which is a touch-sensitive, interactive screen that can be used to show PowerPoint presentations, access the Internet, playback videos or DVDs and acts as an electronic flipchart, switching between all the above media as required.

The wide range of facilities that enable you to hold a comfortable, fully interactive meeting or conference include:
